WEBCO was established in 1997 in Springfield, Virginia as a small, minority- and woman-owned general contractor.  The company has since expanded to include satellite locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. We graduated from the SBA 8(a) program, and we hold DBE certifications from the Virginia Department of Transportation, South Carolina Department of Transportation, and Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA). Within the past 20 years, WEBCO has completed more than 500 projects for the federal government totaling more than $30 million annually. On average, we complete 50 federal government projects each year. We perform multiple design and construction tasks on many different sites on a daily basis. We have a staff of project managers, assistant project managers, accountants, superintendents, foremen, and tradesmen. We recently completed projects at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, General Services Administration-Southeast Sunbelt Region, General Services Administration-National Capital Region, National Academy of Sciences, MWAA, Department of the Navy, and Department of the Air Force.
